A DAY AT THE OFFICE : THE UNUSUAL

This is going to be a very short entry. Just my ramblings on what happened at the office last Thursday (26.12.2013). 

It was the usual morning routine. I was having a quick breakfast at the pantry with my staff when suddenly a bird flew inside. YES! A  BIRD! You see, there is this particular ceiling board which was put aside during repair works few months back and it was not put back leaving the ceiling open.

So the story goes like this... I was sipping the last sip of my coffee or Milo, can't really remember. Anyhow, as I took that last sip the bird came flying inside and rested on the bin & there I was screaming. Hahaha. You guys must be thinking: burung pun nak jerit ke?. Try be with a bird in a very small confined area. Hah then you'll know :P The bird was staring at me & I thought 'there goes if this bird flies to my direction.' My gut feeling was right, the bird started flying but nasib baik it went to the main area. My staff and chambering student went hysterical. Including me..hehehehe

It sat on the shelf and no matter how you shoo it away it just refuse to budge. We opened all windows particularly the pantry's & the office door hoping it will fly out towards those directions. 

Then we realized that it is confused & lost. Ye lah from a huge space in the air to a very confined place. Mana tak panic burung tu dengan kitorang menjeritnya lagi..hahaah kesian burung tu. It kept flying & found no exit. Our screams definitely did not help the bird. Everytime I see the bird flying I would run to and lock myself in the conference room. Eventually the bird notices the sunglight from my office room window & off it flew away and was reunited with all its buddies up in the sky & roof tops. 

It sure is the funniest encounter for the year 2013.

I shall leave this post with the mess the bird made & the type of bird that sure made our day craaaaazy.
